2003 – first in Top 5; reaching QF or better in 14 of 17 events ; leading up to Roland Garros (first QF in nine attempts there) 。
2004 – Best season to date, highlighted by career-best five titles, reaching world No.1 and winning Olympic silver medal; after US Open on September 13, became the 14th woman since inception of rankings to reach No.1 ; QF at Roland Garros , US Open and Australian Open 。
